Will TP320A work with my phone?

TP320A requires a compatible Android 12+ phone with USB-C, USB OTG support and the FOTRIC Genie app. Check your phone model and app compatibility before ordering.

Are there extra software fees or subscriptions?

There are no additional software fees or subscription charges for the software included with your camera.

What comes with my camera?

Your order ships with the items listed in the packing list on the product page. Check the selected model or kit before ordering, as included accessories vary.

Can a thermal camera see through walls or find a water leak?

A thermal camera shows surface temperature patterns; it cannot see through walls. Temperature differences may help you identify an area affected by moisture, but they do not confirm a leak or its exact source on their own. Use further checks, such as a moisture meter, to investigate.
